The best way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We aim to reply within a couple of business days, though a busy week can push that a little.
What to write about
- Suggest a tool. Tell us the job you are trying to do. Many tools in the library exist because someone described a small, real problem they could not solve for free anywhere else.
- Report a bug. If a tool gives a wrong result or does not work, let us know your browser and device and, if you can, the steps that led to it. That detail helps us fix it quickly.
- Give feedback. If a page is confusing, a result needs more explanation, or something feels off, we want to hear it. Honest feedback is how the site gets better.
- Privacy or legal questions. For anything about how your data is handled, see our privacy policy first, then write to us if something is still unclear.
A note on files
Because our tools run entirely in your browser, we never receive the files you work on and cannot recover or access them. If you are reporting a problem with a specific file, please do not email the file itself unless we ask. A description of what happened is usually enough to reproduce the issue.
